The Walmart corporation was looking for a solution to handle disaster relief/response in locations where they had a store with a pharmacy. When a disaster (Hurricane, Flood, Tornado, etc.) occurred in a city or town where they had a store, there was no way that they could provide critical medicines to their customers. Therefore, they decided to purchase a Mobile Pharmacy, so they have the capability to continue to serve their customers even though their store was severely damaged.

This solution was highly successful in providing critical medicines to people suffering from their recent natural disaster. Not only was this a huge win for Walmart, but also for all of Walmart’s customers.
