The only difference between our mobile dialysis facility and the large permanent brick and mortar dialysis centers are our capabilities to be highly mobile.  The standards of care, level of quality, and adherence to United States building codes are the same. Our dialysis facilities are second to none and we do not take shortcuts to cut costs.  We maintain quality of care at prices our customers can afford.  Since we are a custom manufacturer, if our primary layout designs do not work for our customers, we modify them to meet their specific needs and requirements.

We can integrate dialysis equipment into various size mobile facilities. This allows for various dialysis treatment options for our customers. Our mobile dialysis units range from large double expandable 53′ (16M) mobile dialysis trailers servicing 6-8 dialysis patients concurrently, to our self-propelled mobile dialysis trucks. These mobile dialysis trucks range from 30′ (9M) 6-wheel drive vehicles to our small remote 4-wheel drive 20′ (6m)-dialysis treatment facility (1-2 treatments stations).

Braun, Baxter, Gambro, Renatron, or Zyzatch).   Also, there are patient dialysis reclining chairs and individual entertainment systems at each patient dialysis station.

This 20′ (6M) mobile dialysis clinic is the finest and most maneuverable mobile dialysis unit on the market. This particular Dialysis Facility is specially designed to provide premium dialysis care to patients suffering from renal disease. Critical renal hemodialysis treatment can be performed efficiently and effectively in this small yet roomy mobile dialysis vehicle. This is a highly manueverable and compact truck.

The most common means of treating permanent kidney/renal failure is by Hemodialysis.  This mobile dialysis clinic has a highly advanced system for kidney failure treatment by hemodialysis.  Mobile Healthcare Facilities’ mobile dialysis clinics have the same capabilities as any brick and mortar dialysis treatment clinics in the United States.  Our dialysis clinic meets or exceeds all US codes for a dialysis treatment facility.   Our ability to make the facility mobile, gives you the advantage to utilize this dialysis clinic in many different ways and to many different locations.  With this facility, you are now not tied to one (1) location.  You now have the ability to bring the clinic to the patient.  This now allows for critical renal treatment to be available to patients in vary remote locations.

This dialysis care clinic is expertly engineered and capable of treating multiple patients per day over many years.  With its heavy-duty chassis, high ground clearance, and 4-wheel drive off road capabilities, it can now provide this critical dialysis treatment to very remote locations.  We can also add winches to both the front and back for additional off road capability and support. Mobile Healthcare Facilities’ Mobile Dialysis Unit is highly technical and maneuverable and when it arrives at its destination, is capable of being set up and struck by four (4) people in less than fifteen (15) minutes.

This mobile dialysis truck is all aluminum and it has two (2) expandable walls.  These expandable walls provide the required interior working space for all of the required equipment, supplies, and personnel.  Inside this facility there are two (2) patient dialysis treatment stations, a water treatment room, and a nurse’s station.

The treatment capabilities, for this mobile dialysis unit, consist of two (2) patient dialysis stations.  These stations are specially designed and equipped with the highest quality dialysis equipment on the market.  Our dialysis equipment performs the following dialysis operations:  1) Pre-Treatment of incoming potable water (for the reverse osmosis machines); 2) Reverse Osmosis water treatment with heat sanitation (for the individual dialysis machines); and 3) Patient Dialysis Treatment (Your choice of top line dialysis machines (Fresenius, B. Braun, Baxter, Gambro, Renatron, or Zyzatch)).   In addition, each treatment station has a patient dialysis reclining chair and an Individual Entertainment System.

Mobile Healthcare Facilities’ 30′ (9M) mobile dialysis facility is the BEST “large” off road capable mobile dialysis unit in the mobile dialysis marketplace. This Dialysis Facility is specially designed to provide premium dialysis treatment to patients suffering from kidney failure.  Hemodialysis is the most common method used to treat advanced and permanent renal disease. This mobile dialysis vehicle is one (1) of the most advanced systems for hemodialysis treatment that can travel to the most remote locations and still treat four (4) patients concurrently.

This mobile dialysis unit is a specially designed mobile dialysis facility specially equipped with dialysis equipment that performs the dialysis operations.  This unit has four (4) patient dialysis stations.  Each station consists of the following: reverse osmosis pre-treatment filters, individual reverse osmosis machines (with heat sanitation), a patient dialysis reclining chair, and a patient individual entertainment system.

The only differences between our mobile dialysis facility and brick and mortar dialysis treatment facilities are: 1) our ability to be mobile, and 2) our ability to serve different locations where there are patients requiring dialysis treatment.  Being mobile, we still do not compromise on our standards of care.  Our mobile dialysis clinic meets all US healthcare codes for a hospital dialysis facility.

This is an expertly engineered dialysis care clinic that is capable of multiple treatments per day, over many years of service.  This mobile dialysis vehicle is built on a heavy-duty chassis with good ground clearance.  It comes standard with 2-wheel drive; however, there is an optional upgrade to 6-wheel drive.  With the 6-wheel drive option, this mobile dialysis clinic is capable of traveling over some of the worst roads on the planet.  We can also add winches to both the front and back for extra off road capabilities.

Our mobile dialysis unit’s structure consists of an all aluminum frame and body 30′ X 8.5′ (9M X 2.6M).  This facility also has four (4) expandable walls for additional working space inside the mobile dialysis clinic.  This mobile dialysis facility has four (4) patient dialysis treatment stations, a water treatment room, and two (2) nurses’ stations.

This mobile dialysis unit’s treatment capabilities consist of four (4) patient dialysis treatment stations.  These specially designed and equipped patient stations have the finest dialysis equipment in the marketplace.  Our dialysis equipment consists of the following equipment: pre-treatment filters (treatment of water for the reverse osmosis machines), individual reverse osmosis machines (with heat sanitation), and individual patient dialysis machines (Fresenius, B. Mobile Healthcare Facilities Mobile Dialysis Facility (53′)(16M) is specially designed to provide primary dialysis treatment to patients suffering from renal disease. The use of hemodialysis treatment is the most common method to treat patients with kidney failure. Our mobile dialysis facility is the most advanced mobile system for hemodialysis treatment.

 

 

There are two (2) options for our (53′) (16M) mobile dialysis facilities:

  1. For the U.S., there is a six (6) station mobile dialysis facility.
  2. This facility can also be used internationally. However, there is an international eight (8) Dialysis Station Facility (built on this same 53′ (16M) double expandable trailer). This facility is only available for international customers due to U.S. codes.

Our 53’ (16M) Mobile Dialysis Unit has an all aluminum superstructure with two (2) large expandable walls. These expandable walls provide an interior space of over 1100 ft2 (102 M2) This drastically increases the working space (inside the mobile dialysis center) for all of the required equipment, supplies, and personnel. This facility comes standard with six (6) patient dialysis treatment stations, a water treatment room, a large nurse’s station, and a patient and staff lavatory.

An 8-dialysis patient station facility is also available. Increasing from 6 to 8 patient stations in this facility. Increasing the number of patient stations does not reduce the health, safety, quality of care, or well being of the patients.
