Mobile Healthcare Facilities’ Mobile Ophthalmology Unit is built on a heavy-duty truck chassis that comes standard with 2WD. However, there is an option for this eye clinic to have 6WD for additional poor terrain capabilities. By purchasing the optional 6WD option, you will be able to travel over some of the very worst roads in your country in order to bringing eye care treatment to your most remote patients and villages.
Our Mobile Ophthalmology Unit 30’ (9M) provides an eye clinic that can be used to: 1) examine the health of the eyes and its related structures; 2) examine your patient’s vision, visual systems, and vision information processing ; and 3) treat your patients to improve their vision. This facility also provides the ophthalmologist or optometrist a conditioned, safe, and clean clinic to deal with the anatomy, physiology and diseases of the eye.
This mobile eye clinic utilizes a heavy-duty, self-propelled vehicle chassis where we build a 30’ X 8.5’ (9M X 2.5M) enclosed conditioned high strength all aluminum structure with four (4) expandable walls on it. These expandable walls provide additional internal working space inside the facility for easier patient treatment. This highly mobile and maneuverable eye clinic can be set up and struck by four (4) people in less than twenty (20) minutes.
This particular mobile eye care vehicle has two (2) Ophthalmology Examination Rooms, one (1) Ophthalmology Screening Room, and one (1) Unisex Lavatory. This mobile clinic can be set up and fully operational with three (3) people in less than fifteen (15) minutes.
